Terms and Conditions

1. Who these terms are with

PicklePaci operates court booking and match queuing from Alevida Village, Indangan, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines. "We" and "us" mean PicklePaci; "you" means the person using the service.

2. Your account

• You need an account to book courts or join a queue.
• Give accurate details and keep them current. Club staff use your name and phone number to reach you about your bookings.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@rypacimarketingsolution.com if you think someone else has it.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once it shows as confirmed in the app. Submitting a request is not the same as holding a court.
• Courts are limited. Availability shown in the app can change if another player books the same slot first.
• Club staff may verify, amend, reject or cancel a booking — for maintenance, weather, double-booking, or non-payment.
• Turn up on time. Clubs may release a court to other players if you do not, and repeated no-shows may cost you booking access.

4. Fees and payment

Court fees are set by the club, shown before you confirm, and collected by the club — not through this app. Refunds and cancellation windows are the club's policy; ask them directly. Where a booking shows an additional fee, that amount is part of what you owe the club.

5. Matches, scores and rankings

Match results recorded by staff or players feed a rating that determines your ranking position. We aim to record results accurately, but ratings are a game feature, not a formal classification, and we do not guarantee they are free of error. Deliberately falsifying results may cost you access to ranked play.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Book courts you do not intend to use, or make bookings to deny them to others.
• Use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you have no right to.
• Interfere with the service, or automate access to it without our written permission.
• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

7. Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, we create and update calendar events for your bookings, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Calendar itself is governed by your agreement with Google. You can disconnect at any time from your profile.

8. Your content

Anything you upload — a profile photo, for example — stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as part of running the service, and you confirm you have the right to upload it.

9. Availability

We try to keep PicklePaci running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we carry out maintenance that can make the service briefly unavailable.

10. Liability

PicklePaci is booking and scoring software. Playing sport carries risk, and courts are operated by the club, not by us. We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from play or from conditions at a venue — those are matters for you and the club.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost opportunity arising from a booking that could not be honoured. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending your access

Close your account at any time by emailing support@rypacimarketingsolution.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to act on. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use PicklePaci after that means you accept the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall to the courts of Davao City.
